Trial attorney, David D. Spoto, obtained a jury verdict in favor of G&I client, the Rochester-Genesee Regional Transportation Authority in the case of Bohrer v. R-GRTA (Supreme Court, Monroe County, Justice Harold Galloway).

G&I clients, the Town of Henrietta, its former Supervisor James Breese and former Fire Marshal Chris Roth, were cleared of racism claims following a three week trial in United States District Court.
