Ali Lectures for the NYSBA

Seema Ali, Chair of the firm's Domestic Relations & Family Law Division, lectured at a recent Continuing Legal Education seminar. The seminar, entitled "Family Court Practice: Custody, Child Protective Proceedings and Ethics", was sponsored by the Family Law Section and the Committee on Continuing Legal Education of the New York State Bar Association. Ali's presentation focused on the basic elements of handling child custody cases in New York State Family Court.
