Rizzo Recovers $450,000 For Estate

G&I attorney, Joseph B. Rizzo, successfully resolved a wrongful death action for the sum of $450,000. The action arose out of the tragic drowning of a man at the North Ponds Park in the town of Webster in 2003. The settlement was reached just prior to trial by way of the Supreme Court mediation program. "Our case was limited to the decedent's pain and suffering prior to death," said Rizzo. "We're so pleased to have resolved this tragic case and to provide some much needed financial support to the decedent's children."
