Palermo Recovers $500,000 For Accident Victims

G&I attorney, John C. Palermo, recovered $500,000 for a Livingston County couple injured in a car accident. The couple was traveling in their car on the way to a 4th of July family picnic, when they were struck head-on by another car. Each was hospitalized and underwent weeks of rehabilitation due to the severity of their respective injuries. The anticipated cost of future home health care and medical treatment put the couple's life savings in jeopardy. John was able to reach a fair and reasonable settlement of the resulting claims without resort to litigation when the insurance company for the other driver agreed to pay the couple the full extent of its $500,000 policy.
