Professional Experience

Born and raised in Rochester, Craig is proud that he has been able to live and practice in our community for over 20 years. With a broad background in other legal areas, including federal taxation, Craig’s practice is focused on civil litigation for individuals and business clients, and includes plaintiff’s liability (personal injury, labor law), commercial defense, insurance and municipal defense, police liability, and real estate matters. Craig has successfully handled a wide range of cases in state and federal courts. He also has considerable experience and ability to navigate the appeals process, and has briefed and successfully argued several cases in the Appellate Division, Fourth Department and in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
