G&I Partner, David D. Spoto, recovered $195,000 for an auto accident victim.  The client was injured when she was rear-ended by a truck during a snow storm.  The defendant truck driver alleged that his sight line was impaired by a snow plow.  The case was submitted to voluntary, non-binding mediation, and a settlement was reached without the time and expense of further litigation.  "We achieved a fair settlement of the case while also fulfilling our client's wishes to avoid a jury trial,"  said Spoto.
