Professional Experience

Brian decided to pursue a career in the practice of law after taking an introductory law class in high school, followed by an internship with the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office in college. “I was hooked after seeing and spending time in the Hall of Justice here in Rochester,” said Brian, “and I knew that I wanted to pursue law as a career because of how it plays a part in everyday life and through all industries.” Brian soon recognized the impact that his work has upon his clients. “Every decision I make or strategy I implement on behalf of a client can affect their livelihood or well-being for years to come, so I take my work very seriously every day.”

After attending law school, Brian was employed as a litigator with the law firm of Weston Hurd, LLP in Cleveland, Ohio. He returned in 2010 to Rochester where he was born and raised. “I enjoyed my time in Ohio, but, in the end, Rochester is my home and I am proud to be back.”
